Royston BC – Game 5

Tuesday 31st May:  Royston Bowls Club. The day started for everyone with a very wet journey to Royston so we had the photos taken in the clubhouse, and read the teams out indoors –   as you can see Doris Wellstead (Bedfordshire) was very happy with her team! Bere Alston BC – Game 4

Thursday 19th May  at  Bere Alston Bowling Club. After a couple of wet days playing in Devon in the final game of the week, The Friends’ team were relieved to play in the sunshine at Bere Alston, a club with only 30 playing members with excellent clubhouse and facilities. Wednesday 18th May –  Sir Frances Drake Bowls Club, Tavistock. Visiting Devon is always a pleasure, today was no exception and across Dartmoor to Tavistock was beautiful. Sawbridgeworth BC – Game 1

Sunday 8th May – Friends v Disability Bowls England and Chelsea Pensioners. The Friends arrived early at Sawbridgeworth Bowls Club for our first committee meeting, this time face-to-face and not on-line, as we have been doing for some time.
